Serenata female voices are a choir of experienced singers from across the east of England who perform music arranged for three or more female voice parts; the choir is directed by Andrew Foxley and accompanied by Bethany Kirkby. Serenata’s music includes a wide variety of pieces and genres drawn from the 12th century up to the present day; we are delighted to perform pieces by local composers. As a chamber choir of 20 voices Serenata are available to perform concerts in larger venues as well as more intimate gatherings. Engagements have included Cambridge Colleges, the Holt Festival Fringe, Downham Market, Balsham, Burnham Thorpe and Swaffham Prior. Our advent concert is at 6pm in St Peter & St Paul, Swafham, Saturday 30th November. We then perform at All Hallows by the Tower for the Chruches Conservation Trust on Thursday 19th December in London, followed by a final concert on behalf of Parkinsons UK at 6pm on Friday 20th December in Trinity College Chapel, Cambridge.
